Useful Information for the Jury Members

The jury members are kindly requested to arrive in Milan the day before the beginning of the Festival in order to attend the briefing of the juries (Prix Italia Village/Pirelli Bicocca ) on Sunday morning, September 18, at 09:30.

After the briefing, the juries will meet to elect the Presidents of the juries. The juries will freely decide how to proceed in the listening/screening of the programmes in competition. By Thursday afternoon, the Presidents of the juries will make available to the Prix Italia Secretariat their official reports and the short lists of the programmes (the three best programmes in each sub-category). We remind you that, according to the Prix Italia Statutes, one representative of the Prix Italia Secretariat should attend the final voting of the juries.

The reports of the juries will be distributed the day after, Friday 23 , in the morning during the PublicDebate. At the same time the juries should have decided and communicated to the Prix Italia Secretariat, also the winning programmes to be officially announced during the Press Conference and Awarding Ceremony to be held on Saturday 24 at 12:00 a.m. Before the press conference and the Awarding Ceremony, the jurors are invited to attend the Prix Italia General Assembly to be held at 09:30 a.m.

The Prix Italia closing ceremony and the Concert will take place on Saturday night, at 20:00, followed by the Farewell Dinner at 22:30.
