ART. 2 of Statute: Members
Only Radio or Television broadcasting organizations, duly authorized by the competent authorities,
providing a national service, and maintaining a direct creative and financial responsibility for the
programmes they broadcast, are eligible to be members of the Prix Italia.
If in any country several organizations of regional character are grouped together in one national
association, then only that body may participate in the Prix Italia representing them all.
Applications for membership can only be accepted after the General Assembly of the Prix
Italia has agreed.
